What is Fire Security Expo?

Fire Security Expo is Australia’s dedicated fire protection marketplace – built for the people protecting Australia’s buildings, assets and critical infrastructure.

Fire Security Expo will be held in person at ICC Sydney from 2– 4 September 2026.

Yes. Fire Security Expo runs alongside Security Exhibition & Conference and Integrate at the ICC Sydney. With one pass, you can move freely between all three events.

This is a scam and you should ignore them. Fire Security Expo operates under strict data privacy laws, and we do not share our visitor or any other internal data with unauthorised third parties.

Any communication you may receive offering you to rent/buy or download our visitor or exhibitor contacts is a scam and should be deleted. We are currently exploring legal avenues to shut down these practices.

How can I attend Fire Security Expo? Is there an entrance fee?

Fire Security Expo is free to attend for all industry professionals. Your Pass gives you full access to the exhibition, the Fire Security Theatre, as well as the two co-located events – Security Exhibition and Conference and Integrate. You can find out more and register for free here. 

Fire Security Expo is a strictly trade only event, welcoming professionals working in the fire security industry. Fire Security Expo is a business event, therefore we ask visitors not to bring anyone under the age of 15 to the show. Due to OH&S, prams, strollers and trolleys are strictly not permitted at the event. Proof of industry involvement may be requested at the registration counters or the entrance. We suggest you bring along a business card, invoice or company documentation along with personal identification such as a drivers licence or passport. Students enrolled in a relevant course at a tertiary level may attend the show if they have the appropriate student identity card.

As a visitor of Fire Security Expo, your pass will give you access to Security Exhibtion & Conference and Integrate. Security will be situated with Fire Security Expo on Level 4, allowing you to move freely between the two. Integrate is located downstairs on Level 1 (entry on Level 2). For more information on the co-located events, what to expect and where to find them click here.

Fire Security Expo is a business event, therefore we ask visitors not to bring anyone under the age of 15 to the show. Due to OH&S, prams, strollers and trolleys are strictly not permitted at the event. Under no circumstances are any children permitted into the exhibition halls during move in and move out of the show.

If you are from overseas and planning to visit the Fire Security Expo you will need to apply for a business visa. The passport which you hold will determine whether you can apply online, or if you need to lodge a paper-based application. Click here for more information.

Please note that the Organisers DO NOT provide visa invitation letters to international visitors.

How do I book a stand?

Exhibitors who have a confirmed stand and have paid in full, please contact the Event Coordinator to arrange a Visa letter. Applications must be made in advance at least 8 weeks prior to the event.
